Two bodies found in Bankers Hill

San Diego police homicide detectives are investigating the deaths of two people found in Bankers Hill Thursday afternoon. 

The two bodies were found about 3:15 p.m. on Redwood Street, a homicide lieutenant said.

A person was found dead in a fire that destroyed a house east of Poway Thursday morning, a fire official said.
